Simply Apply The Adhesive Strips Onto The Guards. Then Remove The Screws From One Part of The Frame at a Time And Peel The Plastic Off The Adhesive And Then Place On The Frame And Screw the Screws Into The Frame And Frame Guards. Repeat This For All Frame Guards Along Both Sides of The Frame.
